We have just uploaded the February Sprinters training Sessions supplied by Nicky.
This can be found in the Athletes section of the Website. Make sure you follow this and keep fit and healthy during this lockdown period.
Following the announcement from the Scottish Government, outlining the restrictions on Travel and Group meetings we are Cancelling Tuesday Night Training until the update on 1st Feb. Please keep visiting this site for further updates.
You can still train on your own, use the advice in the Athletes section of the website for advice.

Nicky has provided an additional training schedule for the Sprint Group. This should be done on a weekly basis in addition to the training carried out on Tuesday night at the track.
