Where entry is classed as Individual it is the Athletes responsibility to enter the competition, keeping an eye on closing dates (Usually available on the Scottish Athletics website). Online entries are made through the Scottish Athletics Events Portal on their website.
Where entries are classed as Club, entries will be forwarded by the club and Athletes will be selected to compete, team and selection carried out by Club Management Committee.

Central & South of Scotland Athletics League (CSSAL)
This is a club competition and teams will be selected by the Committee. Athletes should register their interest in competing with Raymond. Events and places are limited.
Youth Development League (YDL)
The team selected for this competition is made up of Athletes from the 3 Dumfries and Galloway Clubs, Annan, Nithsdale and Stewartry. Events and places are limited and is only run at Under 13 & 15 level. Interested Athletes should give their names to Raymond, who will pace them on to the team manager and selector.
