A reminder to all of our Athletes

Training restarts tomorrow night, usual time, usual place.

The first indoor meet of the season is this Sunday, 6th Dec, at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow. We have been given the morning session and therefor athletes will have to be at the venue by 9.00am.

Directions by Car

At junction 2A on the M74, take the A74 exit to Tollcross / Cambuslang. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Fullarton Rd / London Rd / A74​.  Then take a left onto the East End Regeneration Route. The main carpark is on the left and there is an overflow car park on the right. At major events the car park can get very busy.

We have just had confirmation of the dates for the Indoor League meetings, they will take place on:

• Sunday 6th December
• Sunday 10th January
• Sunday 31st January

Anyone wishing to take part in these events should inform either Raymond or Helen Bell before the end of the week. Raymond will be taking names at tomorrow evenings training session. It is important that those interested in going are committed to these events as it costs £40 per entry.

Please note that these competitions will be using NEXT YEARS age groupings.
