A reminder to those entered for the Scottish Athletics Indoor League event this Sunday, 27th October, Athletes should be at the venue by 8.45am as events start at 9.30am.
On arrival Athletes should collect their vests, numbers from Raymond. Once numbers are on vests, front and back, proceed to the warm up area. (remember safety pins)
Note: Only those who have already informed Raymond they are attending have been entered, no entry on the day.

Leave M74 at Junction 2a and proceed on to London Road

Anyone who has not completed the Club Championship Pentathlon events will have a chance to do so during the next few weeks (100m and Shot Put have been completed)
Last Tuesday saw the first night of our Club Pentathlon Championships with those Athletes present competing for time and distances in the 100m and Shot Put (Due to weather conditions the Long Jump was cancelled). Current points for times and distances achieved will be displayed in the Club House on Tuesday.
For those that missed out last Tuesday the same events will be run this coming Tuesday to allow you to record a 100m time and Shot Put distance, don’t miss out.
Due to the Dumfries and Galloway Championships, taking place in Dumfries tomorrow evening, Tuesday night training has been cancelled this week (Tuesday 3rd September). Back to normal next week.
